La Molisana
Bistro Dining is the lovechild of Adrian Shelby and Poppy Simpson, lifelong friends from the Eastern suburbs. After growing up together (and causing plenty of trouble), they went their separate ways, leaving behind their neighborhood in pursuit of their culinary dreams. Adrian found himself in London learning from top chefs at Michelin-starred restaurants, while Poppy learnt from master chefs in Paris and New York. Now back on home turf, the pair decided to combine their love of food, local produce and cool spaces to create a venue that celebrates the best the region has to offer.
With stunning, rustic interior decoration by local interior design agency PRECINCT and a seasonal menu showcasing fresh, local produce, Bistro Dining is a space designed for friends, couples and families to enjoy sharing a delicious meal. We believe in simple and delicious, and creating unique dishes that make natural ingredients sing. And we strongly believe that food always tastes better in fine company.

We’re located in the heart of busy and beautiful North Street, close to public transport, shopping and the beach. There’s plenty of street parking nearby if you plan on driving. Feel free to stop by for lunch or dinner any day of the week. Bookings available and walk-ins welcome!
